├ćON Tebrau City, or simply Tebrau City, is a very large three-storey shopping mall in Desa Tebrau, Johor Bahru which is owned by AEON, the owner of Jusco supermarket, and opened to the public on 4 January 2006. It is located along Jalan Kota Tinggi, the road leading to Ulu Tiram and Kota Tinggi in the north. Tebrau City was AEON's largest shopping mall in Malaysia until the opening of the AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre in Klang, Selangor.

2.   Tenants: Apart from Jusco supermarket, major tenants include Tanjung Golden Village (TGV) cinema, as well as Popular's Harris bookstore. Several fashion franchises also opened their outlets here, including Topshop/Topman, British India, MNG, Esprit, Levi's, Guess, G2000, following trends in upmarket shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur, with some international brands coming to Johor Bahru for the first time. Numerous fast food outlets and restaurants serving a variety of food, Mexican, Thai, Japanese,and Korean food, can also be found on the 2nd floor of Tebrau City.Unlike many other shopping complexes in Johor Bahru which charges exorbitant parking fees, Tebrau City charges only RM1.00 per entry and for Jusco's AEON members, it is free of charge for the first 2 hours. In 2006, the Triton bus company, a Causeway Link shuttle bus in Johor Bahru, began to provide a bus service (No. 20) to transport shoppers to and from the Causeway.
